Minecrack

Everyone's coocoo for Minecraft these days it seems. Loads of vids on youtube showing amasing cretions, a couple of which I'll post at the bottom of this blog entry.

Played it myself, bought it a couple of months ago and I have to say, it's a lot of fun. Mining stuff, crafting stuff, creating great buildings, it's a ll a lot of fun. It tickles that part of my brain that likes creating things rather than just shooting aliens all day - the same part that made me like the Sim City games (except the last one, of course).

So go buy it, it's 50% off! Definitely worth the money. Minecraft.net.

    That star trek ship is insane, ss is the ALU. Must take a ridiculous amount of time to make. Not a fan of minecraft though myself :S

    That 16 bit computer just amazes me! I am doing engineering at the moment, and it takes more than a bit of thought to design that kind of stuff, let along reproduce it in minecraft!

    that video of the star trek enterprise is the first thing online thats made me feel relatively small even though its a computer game and tiny video O.o

    Hehe they should totally make the Daedelus from Stargate Atlantis :)

    Saw the one they made of earth, and its also fantastic.

    Bought this game about a week ago and I have not regretted my decision, especially at this low cost (9,95£)
